What Do INSiGHT Scans Look For?

Understanding nervous system function through objective, trackable measurements

INSiGHT Scans give us a deeper look at how the nervous system is functioning by helping us identify areas of stress, tension, imbalance, and reduced adaptability.

These scans allow us to:

  • Identify where stress and nervous system imbalance are occurring
  • Measure the severity and patterns of these changes
  • Track changes over time
  • Establish a baseline before symptoms appear

NeuroThermal Scan

The NeuroThermal Scan looks at how the autonomic nervous system is regulating the body. It can provide insight into patterns associated with stress and dysautonomia, including changes affecting digestion, immune function, hormones, sleep, and overall regulation.

NeuroSpinal EMG Scan

The EMG Scan measures muscle tension and neurological patterns along the spine. It helps us understand how the nervous system is coordinating movement, posture, balance, and neuromotor function. This can be especially helpful when evaluating children because their nervous systems are constantly growing and adapting. Tracking these patterns over time allows us to monitor changes in neurological function and development.

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Scan

HRV gives us a broader picture of nervous system balance, resilience, and adaptability. A healthy nervous system should be able to shift appropriately between stress and recovery. HRV helps us see how well the body is adapting to physical, environmental, and emotional stress.

Why We Scan

INSiGHT Scans aren't simply about looking for problems—they give us objective information we can use to understand, track, and monitor nervous system function over time.

Whether you're bringing in a newborn, child, or adult, these scans help us better understand how the nervous system is responding to the demands placed on the body and how that response changes with care.
